i downloaded an iso off a torrent, and when i opened it it was split into five or six parts labeled 001, 002, etc. Which program or progress do i use to change these into the format that fastloader or umd emulator will use?

Read the threads !!

These are WinRAR files. Use WinRAR to extract the ISO that is within these files and then copy the ISO to the PSP
