Hi, gone through the threads on this forum but haven't been able to find anything that solves these probs, so if you can help it would be appreciated!

1. Have installed MPT from the CD I got with my RAZR V3. Ran LiveUpdate and it updated from version 3.11 to version 3.23L (3 downloads). But every time I try to run LiveUpdate again it says there are no more updates available. How do I get it to download the remaining updates?

2. MPT detects the RAZR V3 with no problems, but I'm not able to import any contacts or info into the phonebook on MPT. There simply is no Import button in the file menu. I've got a lot of contacts in Outlook but as there's no Import button on the MPT phonebook there's no way to import them. Anyone any ideas?

I've tried contacting Motorola on 2 occasions for fixes - no joy.

Have installed the software on 2 seperate Win XP SP1 computers - exactly the same result in each case.

The machine I'm currently using is Dell D600 notebook w/Win XP SP1, which I'm going to update to SP2 tomorrow.
