im trying to get mobile phone tools installed onto my computer but it won't let me. I got the mobile phone tools CD tht came with the phone, but when i put it into the computer it says that it wasnt able to set it up and that there was an error but there's nothing else i can do to install it, so if anyone knows how to do it please help me. Thnx

wow, at least you got the cd, I got nothing. Just to let you know, the Razr sucks big time. Volume is inadequate, no video, speakerphone is worthless. One good thing though, phone worked better in Europe to US than it does US to US.

No, never received it or bought it. If it could raise the volume and allow me to get rid of that idiotic Hello Moto video and some pics, I may invest the money.

you can increase the volume tho its gt 7 levels of volumes
