Preview window wont work!

Hey gang,

For some reason the preview window in shrink wont work. I can see the video when I go in to adjust the start and end points in the reauthor mode. Any ideas? Did I mess up a setting?

During the analysis and encoding phase you should see a box with enable preview next to it, just click in the box to put a check in it. You can also preview the movie/title before backup process is started, for a description on how just follow the link.

The preview windows during analysis work fine, its just the one that is up during the authoring mode before hitting backup.

Ill look over this guide and see if I can find some answers. Thanks!

go to Edit > Preferences > Preview > Select DirectX Video Renderer and change it to system default renderer.
