i cannot even open the files on the movies (the cave & the gospel) these are movies by sony and i simply cannot even use dvd shrink or dvd decrypter to record these movies is there anything that i can do. pls help me

@boobie1. search for a free program called VobBlanker, take the files you ripped with decrypter and run it thru it(vobblanker)and you will be able to use shrink to compress. hope you find VobBlanker's hope page, it has guides to use it, it is very simple. some of the new movies can't be backedup with shrink only.

Download the 21 day free trial of anydvd, you can get it here:

http://www.slysoft.com/en/

Anydvd runs in the backround to help crack the encryption once installed, you can use it with DVDdecrypter, DVDFab decrypter, and DVDshrink.

Use it with dvdshrink and it should work.
