I've been looking for answers everywhere but cannot find anything. I have the accessability to anything. So I was just wondering am I able to do this and how? Thanks.

Of course it works on 2.6. I've transferred several .mp4 movies. Idk waht the guy was thinking above me. If you download something be sure to use PSP video 9 to convert it.
