V 2.01 Downgrade using GTA

Has anyone tried this downgrade yet, if so has it worked??
I made one mistake already by buying 2.01 Firmware, I don't want to brick it by making another mistake.
If it does work, can someone tell me where to find instructions for it.
Or, if there is a downgrade for this firmware can someone point me in the direction of that plz

Sorry Blue I dont have it,
I read on the forum that it was possible by using GTA but I havent seen anything from anyone who has actually tried it

i can give you the link if you want it
but it wont work - dont worry theres probablyno chance of bricking your psp
its not possible to downgrade using the gta ploit because it doesnt access the flash
this has been around every since the gta ploit (hello world) came out
they even released a video that made it look like it was possible
but
whoever filmed it has version 2 in the first place used a version changer to change it to 2.01 then when he ran the file he then used the MPH dowgrader for 2 to downgrade to 1.5. very clever of him - and to go to so much trouble to doop people

Thanks Raven, I will check the forum in future.
I'm guessing it's just a matter of time until some bright spark beats V 2.01, am I right on this or have Sony sewn it up?

when will the downgrader come for 2.01. it has been months now, where r the hacker, where is the downgrader,
i been hearin that downgrader will come shortley, not it will b like 5-6 months they are sayin that
where are the brainy ppl

2.01 is pretty tight security wise, i would guess it would be at least 2/3months yet, i maybe wrong, but just a guess ;)

Well, it will be out becasue i have heard news that they were trying...maybe im wrong. I would just try and get a 2.0 instead, it will save time and effort.

to play classic games, you will need gta.
classic as nes, snes, genesis, c64, you will need gta...
otherwise no

everything you can buy in the shops
no ISO's sorry
but you can play
homebrew emulators and roms

but still there is homebrew using GTA, that i want to know, which all games are there in homebre, that can b played in 2.01

Head over to QJ.NET and it lists homebrew games there, as for roms just google them, but u are still gunna need GTA for the homebrew to work on ur PSP.
