ad hoc range extender?

Anyone have any ideas on how to extend the range for the ad hoc? We work out in the middle of no where and are usually positioned about 100 feet apart. We have been able to link up to about 30-40 feet. Any ideas on how to increase that?

without taking your psp apart and putting a bigger antenna on the inbuilt wifi antenna, no.

That is kind of what I figured. I did a search for wireless network antennas, and I only found one at Compusa that was free standing. They called it a signal director or something like that. It was under ten bucks, so I am sure it is high quality. I was hoping that there was some type of a signal repeater that we would only have to provide power to. Google and Yahoo couldn't find one, so I am going down in flames now. Thanks again.
