What about a hardware mod rather than a software mod for the PsP? It seems like it would be the easiest way as downgrading seems to be a little hard if you have anything over 2.0, obvisuly someone would have to make one 1st and figure out were to put it since there's not a lot of space inside the PsP that could be hard but surly it's possible even if it was just replacing the flash chip with the firmware to one with 1.50 already installed although am not sure if that's even possible.

Yea a modchip would be cool, but I can't see how anyone could make it fit inside.
