I am doing everything right i think. When transcoding it hits 100 percent but then keeps going. the end time starts going backward(negative seconds) what is going on. how long does it take to do a 1 hour and 51 min movie

Mine does the same thing, no problem just let it finish. I stopped using Video 9 because when i encoded a video, or what have you, the sound wasnt matching with the video being shown, for example someone would talk and what they said had finished but there lips kept going.
I now use ImTOO PSP Video Converter which does the job, its great.
