does any one have a theme menu on v1.5 because i don't but my cousine does he even has v1.5

Hi I've just go 1.50 and I was looking for the theme menu but couldn't find it. Quite gutted. But hopefully some whiz on this forum will have the answer.

Each month has a different color, like 8 has a blue background color, Can someone help me with this, NEED for speed underground rivals freezes at the loading screen, using UMD emulator and im 1.5 firmware. Help needed

that can change the psp background (ggole it)

or you could just change the dat on your psp that will change your psp background
