Capture in PAL Format

I?m wondering if anybody knows of a good capture program that?ll accept PAL format. I?m using WinTV PVR 250 card and WinTV 2000 capture program. It simply does not accept a perfectly good PAL format signal. Any advise will be much appreciated. Thanks.
