I am having problems getting recent DVD's to burn. They work and then 3/4 of the way they skip making the ending unviewable. I have had no problem burning in the past. I usually just use shrink and burn with DVD decrypter. I use FabDecrypter when Shrink wont burn it. I have had this problem with the Following: Kingdom of Heaven, Wedding Crashers, Cinderella Man, The Interpreter. I tried burning Wedding crashers by running it through FAB DEcrypter then FixVTS, then Shrink and Burn with DVD DEcrypter but the FixVTS program deleted 90% of the movie. PLEASE HELP

This sounds to me like you may be burning too close to the edge of the media. Make sure that you set the target size to 4300 in shrink. Also this can happen with low quality media and if your burn speed is too high.

I use Pengo DVR and have yet to have a problem, The DVD works when I go through Chapter skip all the way until the end, but it skips somewhere in between those. Thanks

You can also try using the Deep Analysis and AEC controls in DVD Shrink if you are applying alot of compression to those backups.

I retried Wedding Crashers using a new Verbatim DV-R; after 6 fails with Pengo (They appeared to burn but when you fast forward they froze) This DV-R worked flawlessy. I downsized to 4300 and did the deep analysis. Thanks to everyone for your help
