hii started to got this error about 3 weeks or a month ago
i am getting it on the win start up and during installation of some programs,
2 weeks ago i was getting only one on win start up and during installations, and now i have 2 at the same time(i click ok, and have another one)
i tried to start in safe mode and there is no problem
so if there is no problem in safe mode, than there should be something wrong with some files on starup but i have this problem when installing or finding new hardware too...

Local disc C, right click, properties, tools, hit the check volume for errors. It will check your HD for errors on boot up! That may fix/find corrupted files & fix them for you!
