While using DVD Shrink, it was usually taking about 25-30 minutes to complete, but lately, it's taking about 55 minutes. Is there a setting that I maybe changed by accident?

How often do you defrag? How often do you do a shutdown and reboot? Defraging your HD may help. Better minds than mine may know more about this but I think if you leave your system on for days (weeks?) at a time may be a cache issue. Defrag and do a cold shutdown and reboot and see if that helps.

You can also check your DMA settings to make sure that your system has not slipped into PIO Mode. Check using this link as a guide:
