When I was disassmbling my ps2 I accidently broke the two plastic clips that hold the fan wire in place. I read somewhere before that I can strip the wires and solder them to different points for power and ground but I don't know exactly where to do this. I know that you can use the USB but I'd rather find alternate solder points. If anyone can help me out please let me know.

Did the little plastic clip just some out of the outlet or did the outlet break off the board. If it didn't break you can just plug it back in and if it did break you can strip the wires and solder it to the point's where the outlet connected to (make sure you get the positive and negative in the correct places otherwise your fan will spin the opposite way).
