Auto Modellista doesn't boot with Swap Magic 3.6+ how to solve this...

I've downloaded a backup of Auto Modellista, I saw that the files were .cue & .bin. I tried to burn it with DVD Decrypter, but when I want to continue I get this message:

DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed!
Device: [3:1:0] SONY DVD RW DW-U18A UYS1 (I:) (ATA)
Unable to lock volume for exclusive access
Reason: access denied

So I thought just to ignore it and burn it anyway, it completed successfully, but when I want to boot it with Swap Magic 3.6+, it says 'Not A Valid PS2 Disc'

My question to you guys is, how can I solve the volume lock problem & could this be the obstacle for not booting with Swap Magic???

PS. 'dnl-aumo' is the version I downloaded...
