I have 2 avi files with different audio sampling rate, 32000 Hz and 48000 Hz.
If i try to merge the files with nandub then I get next error:
avi files have not the same audio sampling rate.
On which manner can I make both avi files working at the same sampling rate ? or how to merge these 2 avi files ?

You can merge them in Nerovision. Make movie tab then process so it recodes it

Could merge it with the above apps to or pretty much anything if you re-encode. Sounds like you only need to resample the audio though. Change the 32KHz to 48. Assuming that is that the rest of the specs are the same. Same framerate, resolution, video codec, etc.
