DMS4 Pro boot up.

I want to set up my PS2 so that the DMS4 Pro boots up without CD's or DVD's and plays all backups from my USB hard drive.

NOTE: I have HD Advanced and a non modded PS2 but I want to boot up without inserting the HD Advanced DVD/CD. How can I do this? Thanks.

with you useing a USB drive you'll have to flash the Toxic OS V0.41, then install the 'Megapack' (to get the USB driver) and use dev mode to boot. with the Toxic OS you should allready be able to boot without a disk in if you have default set to Toxic OS.

Where can I find Megapack?

Does the USB Hard drive work as well as an IDE hard drive?

PM me your email addy and i'll send you the megapack, i dont recall the net link for it and no an IDE drive is allot faster access then the USB, the USB is just slightly slower then the CD/DVD drive but saves your laser by using it.
