Diffrence - VoBblanker V/S PcgEdit and PSL2 pluggin

Hey, I'm familiar with PcgEdit and PSL2 pluggin as per a sweet guide provided by @alkohol in this forum.

However, what's the diffrence/similarity of
VoBblanker V/S PcgEdit and PSL2 pluggin

1 - Is VoBlanker and the PSL2 pluggin similar as dvddecypter and dvdfab?

2 - Is VoBblanker used in conjuction with PcgEdit?

3 - Are there other common purposes (in regards to dvd) that one would use PcgEdit and PSL2 pluggin other than that outlined in this guide? IE to remove bad cells from a film

4 - Specifically, if there is a diffrence, how would I know when to use one and not the other? IE for the film 'THE_CAVE' it was suggested to use (PcgEdit and PSL2 pluggin) while for 'MADAGASCAR' it was suggested to use (VoBblanker)

The answer is yes.... they're both similar and both can process/filter out bad/fake cells or sectors that was encrypted into the dvds. So it should be ok to say that they'r sort of like DVD Decrypter and DVDFAB Decrypter, in another term/word.

Which do you tend to use first (assuming a DVD gives you trouble)?
