Hi

Suggestion:

The Film Machine:

http://members.home.nl/thefilmmachine/

You will need to buy Cinema Craft Encoder tough... You can convert AVI to DVD, PAL OR NTSC, introduce your own subtitles... Very, very nice tool!

I'm doing an experiment on that field myself, on intoducing subtitles to unsubtitled DVD's...

;)
