I agree with everyone so far, the DMS 4 Pro is probably the best.
But it is very expensive, if you are looking for a cheap and realible mod chip I reccomend the Matrix Infinity Modchip, this mod chip can read DVD9 backups, has Sleep Mode and can have its firmware upgraded through flash. Matrix Infinity Modchip is the best low budget high performance Modchip.
DMS4 Pro and Matrix Infinity are the 2 best, and there is only about a $10 price difference in the 2. The DMS4 Pro can do all the things mentioned above as well and also has free flash upgrades.
You can get them all over the web, like at http://www.xmodd.com http://www.gocybershopping.com/customer/home.php just be careful of getting them from unknown site, i would ask for opinions here when you find a site to see if anyone has used them or reccomends tem. Some site are known to sell clone chips, which is a knock off and not the original chip.
