what were you trying to do in the first place?

Location free player is a new addon to the PSP. If you have the right hardware addon, it allows you to watch you home cable/satellite connection's channels on your psp like a portable TV, whenever you have access to a wireless internet connection.
Look at this for more info

If you knew how to use google, life would be so much simpler for you. I just searched on google for "setup mode button on psp for location free player"

And guess what, the first link tells me where the button is !!! isn't that amazing !!!

Just incase you are still lazy to look on google, that button is not on your psp, it is on the Location Free Hardware that you have to purchase for about $300.
