to get signature you need to go to your account page > then edit personal infomation > then you will see a signature box at the bottom (you can put whateva you like in there as long as you don't have your email addy or any advertising in it
to become a member
please remember its quality not quantity

thank god - because i have 2.01 and that as well as 2.5 are being worked on to get homebrew running - 2.6 will take a bit longer

Wrong to really ask questions like that in This psp discussion forum or on AD in general but it could be for a number of reasons mid month , admin have been busy dont worry it will change remember its not how many posts you have its about helping people , you often find newbies have alot more knowlegde than half of the title members and above , the title is only there for people who have been contributing to this site for a long time and have shown the knowledge for helping people :)
