I have a .wma file I want to put on DVD. But the question I want to know is How do I Make a menu screen, or a chapter screen with sound and pictures.

Well you Need to use a DVD authoring program that supports menu"s and Chapters....Maybe Try "Ulead DVD Movie Factory v4.0"....
