How to handle multiple episodes with Avi2DVD?

I've been using Avi2DVD for some time to convert my anime OGMs into DVD, i have to say it works fantastic...it's the only all-in-one i've found so far that works with OGMs...however, I have one niggling problem, it's that I can't create a DVD menu in Avi2DVD itself to deal with multiple OGM episodes in one DVD. When I convert a single episode, I get the iso file, but I'm not sure how to "add" other episodes to the iso while preserving the audio streams...

I'm a bit hesitant to merge the episodes and use chapter selectors to do the same function, as I have no idea what kind of havoc 2 audio streams and a sub stream would cause when merging...

Will I need another program to deal with the menu issue?

On a side note, does DVD-lab Pro work well with OGMs?
