Two Episode Problem - Ken Burns Civil War

I am trying to backup 5 discs with each disc holding two episodes, I have done all five not looking at each one and found that they are not taking both episodes, they are copying one episode whats my problem? Help me please!

I backed those up a yr ago just using DvdDecrypter and DVD Shrink. Came out fine.

What method are u using?

I believe I just used Shrink, this would have been the first episodic disc I have done!

Does it show both episodes in the DVD Structure section in Shrink?

I ever do DVD with 3 episodes on each disks using DVD Shrink. If I backup the entire movie, everything goes in. When I use re-author, I select only the 3 episodes & burn without the accompanying trailers & ads.
