What is the PSP 'Giga-Pack'?
The PSP Giga-Pack is essentially the same as the inital PSP value pack, however a 1GB Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo is included, as well as other items.
What other items are included in the PSP 'Giga-Pack'?
The other items included are USB Cable, as well as a PSP Stand. The other accessories that were bundled with the initial Value Pack are still included as well.
Are PSP Games Region-Locked?
No, you can play imported PSP games on your North American PSP, although it is possible multiplayer functionality may be lost with games from different regions.
How does 'Game Sharing' work?
Game sharing is the ability for multiple users to play the same PSP game wirelessly, with only one user having to have a copy of the game. There are currently no games released that have this function.
How many brightness levels are there on the PSP?
When running off the battery pack there is 3 brightness settings, additionally, when you are running off the AC adapter a fourth brightness setting becomes available.
How long does it take for a full battery charge?
Approximately 2 hours.
How come my PSP background changed colors?
If you are still using the default PSP background, it will change each month, the following is a list of the months and their designated color:

How can I add my own custom background?
Upload your desired background to the Photo folder in your PSP directory (X:\PSP\PHOTO).
View the current images on your PSP (under Photo).
Highlight the desired image and press 'X' Press Triangle, and select the 'Set as Wallpaper' icon (the second icon from the left on the top row).
Then proceed through the prompts.
How can I send images from one PSP to another PSP?
View the current images on your PSP (under Photo).
Highlight the desired image and press 'X'
Turn on your Wi-Fi switch on your PSP.
Press Triangle, and select the 'Send' icon (the icon on the left on the top row).
To recieve images wirelessly from another PSP:
View the current images on your PSP (under Photo).
Turn on your Wi-Fi switch on your PSP.
In the image selection menu press Triangle, and select 'Recieve'.
Where can I get the 2.60 Firmware Update?
The update may be downloaded via any wireless internet connection (make sure your Wi-Fi switch is enabled)*. Alternatively, you can download the update via the PSP Website and put it into the 'GAMES\UPDATE' folder on your PSP*.
*To install the update you must have your PSP connected to the charger.
