QUESTION!! NEED HELP PLS!

On my psp, when im watching a video on it, on some dark spots in the video, they sometimes get disorted and turns red, and there also seems to be trailing. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Could it be "DEAD PIXELS"???

What do you mean by "poor picture quality"?? It still does it when I play baught UMD movies, that are supposed to be perfect quality. Is there a way I can fix it? There seems to be trails, and on dark parts of the videos, the picture gets a bit disorted, and like a small red trail comes out while its moving.(For example, I was watching a Shakira Music Video, and her eyes at time got disorted.) Is there a way I could fix this? I downloaded a video that was supposed to fix pixel problems by flashing bright colors on the screen, but it didn't really do much, but it was not full screen either, so maybe thats why. If anyone knows of a way I could fix this, or what might be causing this, please tell me. I really don't feel like calling Sony.

It cant be dead pixels becouse they would show no colors at all besides a white dot , So its gotta be Stuck Pixels where 9 times outta 10 the Pixel Fixer v2.0 would work Or ! a defective product , And that would mean you need to contact sony about it !


I say first find " Pixel Fixer v2.0 " again, make shure you can get it on fullscreen let it run for a few hours . If then there is no progress contact sony and hopfully they can help solve your problems .

Other then that im not shure of what to say ...

Shakira is just the first thing that came to mind I guess.....(And I like her!)But thats not the only video that it does it too though, its everything (Even normal UMD movies). I also contacted Sony, and of course, they don't know what the problem might be ..blah blah blah... to send it in, and they will take a looka at it... So, if I can't get this fixed, im just gonna have to live with it.
