Download?, No As Far As I Know If Your EEProm Is Banned You Have To Get One From another Xbox Harddrive (Some1 That Doesnt Want To Go On Xbox Live)

ya i dont want to get a new hard drive cause i use live and i need live cause all my new maps got deleted so i need to do content download and my flash fxp 30 day trial is almost over

You will Have To Download The New Maps From A Site And Put Them On Your Xbox Using Whats Left Of FlashFXP Because If Your EEprom Is Banned there Is Nothing You Can Do Without a New Harddrive..

then get cuteftp or another free FTP program
or of course find a version of FlashFXP with a crack or serial
But i agree, once you are banned you need a new EEPROM
I have heard that you can buy them, but not sure wher or how
as i do not get online with mine.
