Need Help With Concert Video

I D/L concert videos from various trade sites and then burn them to discs to view on my standalone player. I have had very few problems with 25 burns or so,to my credit.
Here's my gripe. While watching on my Yamaha DV-S5750 player I get this wierd deal. The audio is fine. The video quality is fine. The video pace however, at random points goes into like an uncommanded slo-mo for a split second. Then as if to catch up to the audio the video will go into an uncomanded fast forward at like a search speed. Then play will return to normal again for a time. Then it will do this sequence again over and over randomly through out the show.
I save the D/L'ed TS files on dvd-r's to get them off of my H/D. I then create an iso file from this disc with dvd decrypter. I then burn the iso to disc, again with decrypter on my Sony DRU-500A burner. I am useing Prodisc media at 2x speed with no other activity on the P.C. while burning. My p.c. is a Sony Viao with a Pentium 4 processor. I have only run into this problem a couple of times. Things I have tried. Switched media. Slowed burn speed to 2x. Burn with "Copy To DVD" instead of decrypter. Burn as audio and video TS files as opposed to iso file. Freed up as much as 6gigs H/D space for a 4gig show. All with no help. Any help I can get with this frustrateing intermittent problem would be appriciated. Thanx for your time and effort.
