I have a copy of wipeout what would happen if i tryed to update my 2.0 to 1.5 using wipeout.

You mean downgrade. You cannot downgrade using wipeout pure. If you want to downgrade go to www.psp-hacks.com and get the the Eboot 1.5 downgrader.
