First Off ! Its the 100MNV01 folder that you should be putting the video files into , And as for the file names they need to be made as such ; " M4V10000 " The Last Two ( 00's ) can be changed to any number of your liking ie. ( M4V10001 or M4V10012 ) . Once you make them changes you should be fine !
GOOD LUCK .

when you plug in your psp your file structure should look something like this
put them in like that and you'll be fine
this is of course assuming that ur mate also included the .THM files.
if not heres how to create one
open paint
shrink the image so its small about 4cm by 3cm (just guess doesnt have to be exact
save the image as the same name as the video you want to put it with on your psp
then (make sure you have show file extentions on in your folder settings) change the extention of the file to .THM
just put that and the MP4 file of the same name (i.eM4V10006)
in the file like i have shown you above
although you want have a proper thumbnail atleast you will be able to watch it
(i do have a way of creating custom thumbnails - but you cant fo it with paint - and i can't be botherd writing it all out now maybe i will if you have any more trouble with this)
hope this helps
