I'm having problems burning the last disk in this series. I had no problems burning the other disks, just this one. this is the error i'm getting when opening dvd decrypter

I/O Error!

Interpretation: Check Condition

Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 1600162

Interpreation: Unrecovered Read Error

this is the second copy of this disk i have gotten and i have cleaned it multiple times.

any ideas??

Haven't done this disc/series but a read error usually means something is wrong with the disc: dirty/scratched or bad press.
Try dvdfab decrypter a free ripper like DVD Decrypter.
