Nero Recode - Low Sound Problem

When I convert movies to my PSP using Nero Recode the sound is very low. I have gone to ripping the movie to an .avi file and then use PSP Video 9 to convert it for the PSP. The second process takes almost 3 hours to complete. Nero Recode got the job done in 45 minutes. Is there any way to increase the sound output in Nero?

i dont believe there is - why did it take 3 hours?

im running a intel celerlon 1.4 256mb and mine take less than an hour and a half to encode from full dvd 3-4gig

just over 30mins to 45mins for a AVI file

are you running anything else whilst using pspvideo9 like java or Azureus or something?

The process of ripping the DVD took almost 1 1/2 hours and then PSP 9 took about 1 1/4 hours to convert it to Mpeg4.

Sorry, to answer your question I was not running anything else in the background. I have Intel HT 2.8 ghz overclocked to 3.01 ghz plus 1 gig of fast ram. I have tried about 5 0r 6 different programs including PSP movie creator, xillisoft, to name a few. I get great results using Recode except for the volume playback being soft.
