I am using DVD Shrink and it's working great. One thing that I am stumped with is whether it is possible to combine two TV episodes onto one DVD? For example - a TV series on DVD, there are four original DVDs, each with three episodes. Disc one of the original DVD contains three episodes, when I burn / back up there is only room for two of the three episodes on the DVD, therefore there is one episode left. Is there a way to burn this episode that is left from original DVD one with the first episode on the second original DVD. By doing this every burned DVD will have two episodes rather then two one the first and one on the second. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have used Nero Recode and CloneDvd2 to make exact copies of numerous television shows. There is no noticeable loss of quality and I keep the menus.

As you are already using DVD Shrink just click 'Re-author', then the 'DVD Browser' tab, navigate to the files you want, and drag them onto the LHS 'Re-authored DVD' side.

When you've dragged as many episodes as you want to fit onto the DVD click 'Backup' and sit back patting yourself on the back.

If you want Nero will then automatically burn the project for you while you are making a cup of coffee.

I agree with mrpat67. Just shrink the WHOLE DVD. I did that with the "Friends" DVD's, and it came out fine. And they have an average of six shows per disc.

Doing it that way and keeping good quality, adjust your settings in shrink, under backup options, and take out any unwanted extras before encoding.
