hi all when i scroll down or up in IE or firefox it gives like a ripple effect as if the screen is being left behind
can anyone tell me how to fix this plz

Try updating your video card drivers. It sounds like the screen is not being refreshed fast enough and a driver update may help with that. Another thing to check is to see if hardware acceleration is enabled. Go to Control Panel/Display then the Settings tab. Click on the Advanced Button and go to the Troubleshoot tab. Make sure the Acceleration is all the way to the right.
