can u put your own music on backed up PS2 games

I was just wonderin, when i back up my ps2 games can i open the iso and move music into one of the folders, to listen to my own music. Im gettin a bit bored of the music on some of my games, maybe ive been at the ps2 too long, same songs over and over. Well if there is a way im sure somone on this site knows how, bcuz from some of the threads i see, u guys seem to have an answer to everything lol. thanks

As far as i know, itcan't be done. Adding content to an already finalized .iso just isn't possible.
And most games use a special type of encoding for the music that you can't replicate at home. (in other words, it's not like they use mp3's or standard formats for the music)
