Ive been using the dvd decrypter/dvd shrink combo to copy movies. I'm sure like you've all seen before it suddenly slowed waaaay down on me and nothing I've read to fix it is helping. Does anyone have any advice or know of any other programs I can use?

it would help if you could give more detail.

OS? antivirus? scheduled programs to run? (ex. disk defrag or antivirus scan starting at time of encoding) what movie? computer specs? the exact time it is taking? Which program is slowing down? (decrypter or shrink?).

I have already checked the what mode it is in and it was in the correct mode...I've tried re-downloading the programs and it is still taking 3x as long.
I've tried different movies and TV shows...all of them are taking longer then before. It used to take me anout 45-60 minutes to do a single movie...now it says a movie will take more then 3 hours.
