I have 21 episodes of a tv show and plan to put about 7 episodes per dvd. I burned 7 episodes to a dvd and tried to play it on my dvd, but said the files weren't recognized. I didnt convert the episodes to dvd, and were .avi. My question is which program would i do this in and how. How would i convert the episodes into dvd format and when i click "next" on the remote it would go to the next episode. I DONT want one giant video file. Can someone please explain how i can do this?

but how do i keep the episodes on different files, so when i play the dvd and i press next it goes to the next dvd. This program makes one file. If i put each episode one at a time how do i burn the video ts episodes to the dvd?

Use Nero Vision. Drag the .AVI files into the "content" window and click "next" to setup your DVD menus and Background.

I myself am strugging with the compression that Nero uses. I can only fit 5 episodes on the disc under the "Extended Play" Video option. Does anyone know if you write the file to your hardrive then use Shrink on the 'Video_TS' folder, that it might be better? i.e. good resolution, able to fit more episodes on a disc?
