DivX to DVD is slacking!?!?!

I have a "movie" in pal and i have used DivX to DVD Converter many times to convert to ntsc, but this time i am having troubles. I always use nero recode to record the movie to my hard drive then i select the first .VOB file in divx to dvd (video_ts_01_1) then i force to ntsc hit convert, but this time it will only convert 3/4 of the movie, it stops right before the last video file video_ts_01_4 and says the "coverstion is complete." I hope the details are good enough if any questions do not hesitate to ask! Any help would be appreciated!!!or if someone knows another forums that could help me fix this problem.
