Chipped Xbox Retail HDD Was Modded I'm a Newb

My Xbox was modded and chipped. I don't know what type of chip. I made a newb decision and used SlaYer v2.6 Auto installer. I erased my Apps files about 3 weeks ago and I figured I could reinstall with the SlaYers. What I inadvertently did was restored and rebuilt my HDD to Retail. Because I'm an Idiot. I like to think I'm a smart guy, but, I don't know what to do now.

I can't FTP yet, I don't have Action Replay, and I don't have any of the Linux files. 3 of my buddies that live in the same room as me have moddedand chipped Xboxes. I wish I had something to contribute, but I'm still learning.

I think what I did was the full install/rebuild on retail hdd. This requires a boot from the F: drive. That may be my problem. Still trying to figure it out.

you could try asking your buddies for help if they all have modded xboxes.another thing you could be is try reinstalling slayers.

They all bought their boxes pre modded. I can't get the xbox to recognize a burn't disk. It's just like a retail xbox. I chose the full restore and rebuild Retail option on Slayers. Now it won't recognize anything but a commercial xbox disk.
