dvds do not workin standalone dvd player...only in computer and play station 2...when i use dvd shrink on my desktop the dvds work in the stand alone dvd player, computer and playstion, but when i use dvd shrink on my laptop, the dvds do not work in the standalone dvd player, only in the computer and playstation...my desktop has two drives and laptop only has one ...i dont know if that has anything to do with it ..but please help me figure out why the laptop does this...thanxx

What discs are you using.. just a thought but maybe you're using dvd+r discs and on your desktop you have shrink set to automatically booktype the discs for better compatability. On your laptop, maybe you haven't got shrink to do this.. or that your laptop's dvd writer can't booktype.

Have a look in your settings on shrink..

When you've selected everything you want in the movie and press the backup button.. the last tab on the right is where you set dvd shrink to booktype(if possible)
