I have been having a problem burning The Cave. It burns but it has people talking about how the movie is made. Can anyone help me with this.

When you go to burn you file, uncheck the 2 channel and only keep the 5.1 or 6 channel that way you will not have the Directors Comments running through it. Since you already burned this one if your DVD Standalone Player has an audio button use to try and change the soundtrack from 2 channel default to 5.1.
