where can i buy a premoded ps2 i'm gonna be honest i don't have much money, so i just want a premoded ps2 that it's like 150 to 200 bucks

Get a premodded PS2 with either the DMS 4 Pro SE, Matrix Infinity, or Crystal Chip. They're all excellent chips. The cheapest you'll find a premod for one of those consoles is $240-$260. Make sure you order from a reputable installer.
