The new chip will be for the people that do not know how solder. It's the xecuter 2 lite but with the pogo pins together. This means you would not have to buy the pogo pins adapter it's the same as the matrix chip no soldering. Plus the chip it's smaller good for the new XBOX that has that bump under the hard drive. That means it will fit under it. They also have a new programer comming out.
