i cant get my dvd 43 to work, ive installed the lastest version and it wopuldnt work, now ive tried to delete it to reinstall it, but i cnanot delete it because it is always running. How do i turn it off, and how do i delete it? It is not on my toolbar.

there should be like a smiley face in the bottom right corner where the clock is....click it and and it will close

there is not, but it stioll says its running when i try to delete

Shut it down in task manager. Just click on the processes tab - highlight it - then click on end process.
