Apparently, the instructions below will resolve the inability of Windows ME windows Explorer to recognize the DVD media and recorder as anything but a CD-Rom with an audio track and a 1.99 GB file capacity. I have just done this but have not checked whether it resolved my particular issues.
Will post back later on the forum.
Ok, none of the instructions Cendyne's Tech Support gave me worked. I have asked for further instructions. In the meanwhile, anybody out there with other ideas? By the way, thanks to Joeblow for your response. I'm beginning to think that you are right and I'm headed for a Windows XP upgrade. What's with this NTFS stuff anyway? Does it have anything to do with the FAT32 business?
Thanks Again
