HP Lightscribe double layer 16X max. DVD+/-R/RW Drive

I seen a sale on Verbatium (100 pack $29) DVD-R X16, not going to use light scribe feature on burner, but my question is, I do not intend to burn at 16X speed, most likely 4 or 6X, should I buy this media or look for DVD-R 8X

Thanks
Tom

U thought that all Verbatim media was made in Japan I was over to Office Max and looked at Verbatim and it was made in Twiwan.

Verbatim is really the only good media that is not made in japan.

The verbs I have right now are rated up to 16x but I burn 6x, so you should be fine. But why buy lightscribe if you don't have lightscribe burner? WOuldn't it be cheaper to just buy the regular ones?

At .29 a disc, he's not buying lightscribe. I believe he was stating his burner is a hp lightscribe, but wasn't planning to use the lightscribe feature of the burner. Therefore just buying regular Verb's would be more practical.

(I had to read it twice because I was thinking the same thing)
