Is there an easy way to change the xbox dashboard. I have no hardware mods, and am really just looking for a facelift. Can anyone help?

Not that I know of. U'd probably need to softmod or chip the box so u can install a different dash like Avalaunch, Evox, XBMC, etc so u can change the skin of the dash. You can even make ur own skins as well. I use Photoshop to create my own skins for Avalaunch. I've done 2 Scarface skins that are at allxboxskins.com
